By installing central hardware in purpose-built AV equipment racks, with power conditioning and protection, heat dissipation and future serviceability in mind. As with all technology sometimes things do go wrong, so we provide 24/7 remote support along with periodic system maintenance so you do not get stuck with charter guests or owners frustrated by poor system performance. What would you say to owners and ETO’s frustrated by underperforming AV systems? Unfortunately, we often come across yachts with underperforming, overcomplicated systems where owners wish to remove poor control systems. Often though we find that the real issue lies not with the control system but with poor programming. This often serves to overcomplicate processes and ultimately does not fulfil the needs of the end user. We overcome this by always emphasising ease of use and as a result, have managed to turn around many systems to the delight of both owners and crew. How well do audio systems really perform at sea? We are finding that today’s superyacht owners and charter guests wish to have high quality onboard audio systems across all yacht locations. To meet this requirement we have in-house sound engineers experienced at specifying and installing high quality, marine specific speakers and subwoofers. We then calibrate the systems to ensure they sound flawless wherever on board and at any given sound level. See our advert on page 101
